A Place to Be
The environment plays a crucial role in our lives. It is the root of the things we need for consumption like the foods we eat, the natural resources, the animals, our shelters, and even us. However, our environmental resources are limited and are annually decreasing. It is because most of us are not using it properly. We tend to pay less attention to the effects of our wrong doings that we do not realize how bad the impact is for our environment. WE NEED TO TAKE ACTION. This year, as we celebrate the Environment Month in the theme "Our Environment, Our Future", I would like to share some of my contribution to the protection and care of the environment.
-This photo shows me cleaning in our backyard because of the amount of solid waste in there and I needed to take action by way of using a broom and a dustpan.

- These pictures were taken during the Clean-Up Drive of ISNHS where our club participated to perform an extensive cleaning to maintain a clean and healthy school.

- These photos were taken during the Coastal Clean-Up Drive of Mathematics Club '23-'24 to maintain the cleanliness and health of the coastal areas of Mindoro, Vigan City.
Our environment is not just for resource consumption, it also needs to be protected and well taken care of. By the pictures I have shared, I hope there are a lot more people who will practice cleaning, planting, and serving as a good citizen in taking care of our environment. With this, we will be able to live and see such a place to be.
